RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURN
Return may be allowed only in case you received a damaged product. To ensure that the products delivered are in proper conditions, please inspect the products as soon as your order arrives and e-mail us immediately atsupport@secretflora.com.myin case of damaged product. Product returned to us will be at your expense. Once the returned product is received by us, we will resend a new product at our expense. Product resent by us will be of similar nature as the one originally ordered by you (we will not substitute with a different nature of product). Because of that, please ensure that you are ordering the correct product as it will not be exchanged in case of mistake in your order. We cannot and will not be responsible for orders returned to us without being notified first at support@secretflora.com.my and without our return authorization.
REFUND
While we may accept product return, we will not provide any refund for any order.
